The MSP-TC was formed in order to promote professional advancement and public awareness of microgravity and space processing in the physical, materials, and biological sciences and related applications. The committee is comprised of a unique group of individuals with varied scientific and industrial backgrounds in microgravity and space processing. We typically meet twice a year at various locations and also hold another two or three teleconferences in between the meetings. In the recent past, the MSP-TC has published several articles in Aerospace America and white papers of interest to the microgravity processing community, has participated in AIAA's Congressional Visit Days, has organized the Microgravity Science and Space Processing symposia comprised of multiple sessions at AIAA conferences, and has awarded a Best Paper Award to authors in the MSP symposia and the Space Processing Award to scientists and managers who made significant differences in the Microgravity program. We have interesting plans for the next year and would like you to participate.
